Flighter Group LLC (“Flighter Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides automated compliance solutions for FAA and FMCSA regulated drug and alcohol programs, including onboarding portals, workflow automation, document collection, reporting, notifications, and related administrative tools. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use our website, web-based software platform, customer portals, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, systems, or services that may be linked from our platform.

Any information we collect is governed by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of collection. Flighter Group may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Policy within our Services or by sending an email or other notice. The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the most recent version.
Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Services, including:
- DERs (Designated Employer Representatives) or Human Resources or Safety Partners
- Employers and administrators
- Applicants, candidates, and employees whose information is processed through our platform
- Service providers interacting with our system
- Visitors to our website and portals
All such individuals are collectively referred to as “Users.”
Information We Collect
We collect personal information (“Personal Data”) that directly or indirectly identifies you, or that is reasonably capable of being associated with you.
1. Information You Provide Directly
Account & Profile Information
When a company or DER creates an account or adds users, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Work title or role
- Employer name
- User photo
- Credentials required for regulatory purposes (e.g., DER designation)
Candidate & Employee Onboarding Information
Employers may request or upload information for regulatory compliance, including:
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number
- Government-issued identification
- CDL, pilot certificate, medical certificate, or safety-sensitive role classification
- Pre-employment testing acknowledgments
- Employment authorization documents
- Other information required to satisfy FAA or FMCSA requirements
Flighter Group collects and stores this information on behalf of the employer, with select information protected behind an additional password.
Document Uploads
Candidates, employees, and the Company may upload or submit documents required for regulated compliance, such as:
- Pre-employment drug test forms
- Consent forms
- Background check authorizations
- Certificates, licenses, or training records
- Chain-of-custody forms
- Test results provided by the employer, a third party or MRO
Communications
We collect information you voluntarily submit when you:
- Contact support
- Submit questions
- Respond to surveys or feedback requests
- Communicate with your DER or employer within the system
Payment Information
If your organization purchases Services, we may collect:
- Billing contact information
- Company address
- Purchase or subscription records
Payment card information is processed and stored directly by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
We do not receive or store full credit card numbers.
Job Applications to Flighter Group
If you apply for employment with us, we may collect:
- Resume/CV
- Professional history
- Interview notes
- Any information you submit as part of the hiring process, including phone number, email, home address, etc.

However, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure.

- As long as your employer or DER maintains an account
- As required for FAA/FMCSA/DOT recordkeeping
- As required by law (including regulated document retention periods)
Once no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

A verified request may be required.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you our goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, or provide you a lower quality of goods and services if you exercise your rights under the CCPA. However, we may offer different tiers of our Services as allowed by applicable data privacy laws (including the CCPA) with varying prices, rates or levels of quality of the goods or services you receive related to the value of Personal Data that we receive from you.
Nevada Resident Rights
Please note that we do not currently sell your Personal Data as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
