Flighter Group began after our founder, Emily Thompson, stepped in as a Designated Employer Representative (DER) for an aviation company's Drug and Alcohol program. During this time, she saw firsthand how complex and manual compliance processes could slow teams down and expose organizations to unnecessary risk.

Driven by a passion for efficiency and precision, Emily set out to create a better way.

That vision became Flighter Group - a platform built to automate the compliance requirements of FAA and FMCSA Drug and Alcohol programs.
