Emily is a trusted advisor and consultant with decades of experience in talent development, performance optimization, and workplace transformation.
A certified coach, facilitator, and speaker, she brings energy, objectivity, and a productivity-powerhouse mindset to every interaction. Her career spans industries from Supply Chain to People Operations, giving her a unique ability to understand both organizational priorities and employee needs.
Flighter Group is born out of her ability to spot gaps and build solutions that matter. After taking on the interim role of Designated Employee Representative (DER) at a previous company, Emily saw a gap in the industry and felt compelled to fill it.
Her entrepreneurial approach reflects her career-long commitment to solving complex problems with practical, people-centered solutions.
Peter Thompson
CFO
Peter is a seasoned financial leader with more than 32 years of experience in Foreign Exchange Banking, team leadership, and strategic market operations. He spent the early part of his career with Harris Trust in Chicago before joining U.S. Bank, where he served for 29 years and ultimately held the role of Sr. Vice President, FX.
During his tenure, Peter led FX teams across both the Chicago and Minneapolis markets, driving growth, operational efficiency, and client-focused solutions in a highly competitive financial landscape. With deep expertise in FX markets and organizational leadership, Peter brings Flighter Group valuable perspective in risk management, process optimization, and Enterprise-level operations.
Greg Henderson
Compliance Advisor
Greg Henderson is a consultant, trainer, and founder of Federal Drug Testing Services, bringing over 15 years of expertise in federal drug and alcohol testing compliance. He has held leadership roles as an FAA Drug and Alcohol Compliance Enforcement Inspector, Department of the Interior Program Manager, and U.S. Army Prevention Manager, overseeing programs across agencies including the Department of Justice, Homeland Security, and the IRS Criminal Division.
Greg frequently instructs at industry conferences nationwide. With deep federal and industry experience, he is widely regarded as a leading authority in workplace drug and alcohol compliance.
